What's been happening recently?

Recently, I worked with Distinctive Voices to create several video segments for Operations Excellence, a business consultancy based in Syracuse, NY.

I helped develop the script for and then to mount "The Betsy Show" which performed at the '23 Minnesota and Indianapolis Fringe Festivals. and is currently available for tour dates.

Through Distinctive Voices, LLC, I'm currently working with Elizabeth Young once again on a show that will perform at the Kansas City, Minnesota and Indianapolis Fringe Festivals the summer of '24.

I recently assisted with development of a feature (New Zealand), developed episode ideas for an animated series entitled BookEnds for Five Peaks Animation (US), and I regularly develop series and feature ideas with MYGOSH.co (Switzerland).

Our mission is to teach and train Animation techniques and industry practices. Sessions run often and are either partially or entirely virtual. We've been were working with Erie 21 at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY since the Winter of '22 but we regularly mount independent BootCamps in conjunction with other sponsors and backers. We're currently developing a Summer '24 PSA Camp with the Syracuse City School District and in talks with Access VR. We've taught as young as middle schoolers and all the way up to people ready to enter the workforce or change their place within it. Click the image on the right for more information or to register.

The first BootCamp was done with Ada Animation, in Nairobi, Kenya. Click the link below to see a sizzle reel of our mentees' work. Each of the PSAs developed in Nairobi now airs on WCNY in Central New York. US-based BootCamps have been happening since 2021.
